Where it all started...
Hupp Draft Services, Inc. was established as a Sole Proprietor business in November of 1993 after the untimely death of Joe Hupp’s father (Jerry Hupp). Brewery Service was the name of the family business that originated in May of 1976 and continued until Jerry’s death in November 1993.
New Beginnings
November 1, 1993 was the first official day of business for Hupp in its 6300 square foot building on Commercial Avenue in Chico.
After 5 years of strong growth in the manufacturing and service of signs for secondary business Hupp Signs & Lighting, it was necessary to relocate to a larger facility. In March of 1998, we moved to our new 18,000 square foot facility on Loren Avenue.
Where we are now...
Our service area currently ranges from our home base in Chico Ca and as far down as Porterville Ca. Our coverage extends into the entire Bay Area as far south as Santa Ynez Ca.
Hupp Draft Services has an average of 36,000 taps every 2 weeks for a wide variety of customers from homeowners to Distributors.
We work with 50 of the largest Distributors in Northern California and service over 12,000 accounts covering a territory of over 37,000 square miles.
